Has a solid metal core, which means it can never be crushed, no matter how tight it is bolted.
Secondary lock means the Vee can NEVER rotate and so will stay in the correct orientation for your boat bow.
VEE shape gives superb guiding capability.
It is made from galvanised steel and has a thick protective polyurethane covering.
This “one-size fits all“ design is located in the same position as your original bow stopper.
Designed to fit on almost every new or used boat trailer.
The centre bolt can never be bent even with high boat impacts.
Suits trailers that have bow stoppers spacings from 75mm – 120mm (3 in to 5 in).
Is supplied with Grade 8 hardened steel bolts. If you already have a M16 (5/8 in) bolt in place, use the spacer rings supplied to adapt and fit with our high-tensile M12 (1/2 in). bolt.
With its solid galvanized steel frame, has the additional benefit of strengthening the trailers two upright bow stop support arms. Once BIGVEE ™ is fitted they can withstand more impact from the boat, if you ever drive in too fast.
A CLOSER LOOK
BIGVEE ™, replaces the basic narrow bow stoppers that have been around for well over 50 years. Those old bow stoppers were only ever intended to provide a surface against which to rest your boat after it had been winched into the centre.
Unlike the sophisticated design of BIGVEE ™. Those old stops have limited or no guiding ability.
BIGVEE ™ has a huge 375mm (15in) wide Vee shaped catch area that will take your bow and guide it into the centre. This is unlike old style narrow bow stops that were never designed to guide. They needed the winch to pull your bow into the centre. They never gave any guidance.
